Every olive wood product that leaves Olive Wood Land has been made and checked with intention. This warranty reflects what we stand behind.

What We Cover

We offer a limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal household use. This includes:

-Structural defects present at the time of purchase
-Cracks or breaks resulting from a manufacturing fault
-Defects that affect the intended function of the product

The Nature of Olive Wood

Olive wood is a living material. Variations in grain, colour, texture, and shape are inherent to the wood not defects. Over time, pieces may deepen in tone or develop subtle marks from regular use. These qualities are what make each piece genuinely one of a kind.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from:

-Misuse or improper handling
-Exposure to excessive heat or prolonged moisture
-Dishwasher use
-Normal wear and tear
-Natural variations in grain or colour

Care Instructions

Proper care extends the life of your piece significantly. We recommend:

-Hand washing with mild soap and warm water
-Drying immediately and never soaking or air-drying wet
-Conditioning with food-safe mineral or olive oil every few weeks

How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the product. Our team will review your claim and respond with a replacement or appropriate resolution.
