Olivewoodland.ca is a Canadian online retailer specializing in handcrafted olive wood products including cutting boards, serving trays, utensils, bowls, and home accessories. Our products are natural, artisan-made items with inherent variations in grain, colour, and texture.

Natural Variations
All of our olive wood products are handcrafted from natural materials. As such, each piece is unique and may differ from product photographs in terms of grain patterns, knots, colour tones, and minor surface characteristics. These are not defects but are inherent qualities of genuine olive wood.
Product Descriptions
We make every effort to display our products accurately. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content on our Site are complete, current, or error-free. If a product is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
4. Orders & Pricing
All prices on our Site are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product unavailability.
An order confirmation email does not constitute our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel any order after confirmation, in which case a full refund will be issued.

You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any payment method you provide and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
6. Shipping & Delivery
We ship within Canada. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other factors beyond our control.
Olivewoodland.ca is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers. Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer upon handoff to the carrier. For packages confirmed delivered by the carrier, we are not liable for theft or misdelivery after delivery confirmation.
7. Returns & Refunds
Our Return & Refund Policy forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined in our Return & Refund Policy. Please review that policy before making a purchase.

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, photographs, graphics, logos, product descriptions, and design, is the property of Olivewoodland.ca and is protected by applicable Canadian and international copyright laws.
