Every olive wood product leaves our hands inspected. If something isn’t right when it reaches yours, here’s exactly how we handle it.
Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
To start a return request, please contact our support team through our Contact page with your order number and details about the product you would like to return.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the natural and handcrafted nature of our olive wood products, each item is unique. Variations in wood grain, color, and shape are normal and are not considered defects.
Items that have been used, damaged by improper care, or altered after delivery cannot be returned.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos of the product and packaging so we can review the issue and provide a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days depending on your payment provider.
Return Shipping
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
